Note from Lisa regarding Motherhold
Many of you know me as a psychic medium, intuition teacher, and reiki practitioner; but my greatest lessons often come through being a mom and grandma.
One of my daughters is a registered nurse, yoga teacher, and reiki master teacher. She went through a difficult birth and postpartum PTSD after welcoming her first child. It was painful to witness. While I wanted to help— I learned to hold space, listen deeply, and trust her process. It became clear that this was part of a deeper generational healing for her and our family.
Julia has emerged from that time with strength, compassion, and a deep calling to support other mothers. She now offers in-person and virtual postpartum support groups, along with prenatal yoga - holding space for others with the same care and wisdom she cultivated through her own healing.
