Shared Journey & Roommate Guidelines
Honoring the Shared Space
Choosing a shared room is a beautiful way to build community. To hold the space for a shared experience (Double Use, Superior Sea View, or Suite), we ask that you provide your roommate's name and email at registration so we can welcome you both.
Creating Your Commitment
To ensure the room is held at the shared rate, we ask that both roommates submit their individual deposits within 48 hours of one another.
Why this matters: This commitment allows us to finalize our arrangements with the venue. If a second deposit isn't received in this window, we will move forward with your registration as a Single Use booking ($3,995) to ensure your spot on the retreat is secured.
Invoicing with Ease
Once both deposits are nestled in, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. This will reflect any heart-centered discounts and credit your combined $1,000 deposit toward your stay.
Navigating Changes & Cancellations
Life is in constant flux, and we understand that plans can change. If a roommate needs to withdraw after deposits are made:
The Shared Rate: Our venue requires a specific room rate regardless of occupancy. Therefore, if one person can no longer attend, the remaining guest will be transitioned to a Single Use rate of $3,995.
Deposits: To keep our retreat planning sustainable, deposits are non-refundable and stay with the original registration.
Finding a New Companion: We warmly welcome you to invite a new soul-sister or brother to take the open spot! If you find a replacement by June 15, 2026, we will happily update the registration to maintain your shared rate.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can bring unexpected shifts, and we want to support you in every way possible. Because we must make firm commitments to our hosts and partners in Greece to hold this sacred space, we have established the following guidelines:
-
Deposits: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This amount reflects our mutual commitment to this journey and remains non-refundable under all circumstances, whether paid alone or as part of a full payment.
-
Completing Your Journey: After your deposit is received, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. To ensure all arrangements are in place, all balances must be paid in full by June 15, 2026

If Your Plans Change Should you find you are no longer in alignment with attending, our refund schedule is as follows:
-
Before March 31, 2026: A refund of the total retreat price, less the $500 non-refundable deposit.
-
April 1 to June 14, 2026: A refund of 50% of the total retreat price.
-
On or after June 15, 2026: At this stage, all energy and resources have been fully committed to the retreat; therefore, no refunds can be issued.
-
No-shows or Early Departures: We are unable to offer refunds for those who cannot join us or choose to leave the journey early.
Travel & Logistics
-
Travel Costs: Please remember that flights and personal travel arrangements made outside our retreat package remain your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refund Method: All eligible refunds will be mindfully processed and issued via check.

Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, fires).
-
Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics, epidemics).
