Our packages are priced per person. To hold your place in this boutique experience, a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required.
Traveling with a Companion? If you’re sharing a room, please include your roommate’s name and email during registration. To lock in the shared room rate, both roommates must submit their deposits within 48 hours of each other.

Note: Hosts do not provide roommates; please register with your chosen travel companion.

Note for Solo Travelers: If a roommate’s deposit isn’t received within the 48-hour window, the room will automatically revert to a Single Use booking ($3,995).
What Happens Next

Your Invoice: Once both deposits are received, you will receive an email invoice for your remaining balance.

Discounts: We will automatically apply your 10% Early Bird discount (if applicable) and credit your deposit to the balance.

Final Steps: Your final balance is due by June 15, 2026, after which all payments become non-refundable.
